Section Financing an engineering education can be difficult. However, as an ASME member, you have access to a wide range of scholarship and low-interest loans offered through the society. In fact, many of the scholarships are not awarded each year because of lack of applicants! There are several general ASME scholarships, and many that are specific to different technical areas. The low interest student loans are a full point lower than Stafford loans, which will make a big difference when you're repaying the loans after graduation. The links below will provide you with more information about each of the scholarship and loan programs. Eligibility varies from program to program, so there is something out there that works for everyone!
