RADICAL THOUGHTS ON ANCIENT EGYPTIAN TECHNOLOGY

Christopher Dunn first presented his radical ideas before the Danville Engineers Club in 1987. Since that time, Chris has served on the Engineers Club board of directors, which included a stint as president.

Mr. Dunn's background is in manufacturing. His career started over 40 years ago in England, and his humble beginnings as an apprentice machinist led him through the ranks of toolmaking, engineering and management. He is currently the human resource manager at Danville Metal Stamping.

Chris applied his perspective on manufacturing to the study of ancient Egyptian artifacts. His conclusions are startling - especially those that focus on incredible artifacts that were cut with a precision that was not found necessary until the Industrial Revolution.

Chris's book The Giza Power Plant: Technologies of Ancient Egypt was published in 1998. He has appeared on the Travel Channel, PAX television, the Discovery Channel, and Lifetime Television. He has participated in many conferences, both in the US and abroad and appeared on innumerable talk radio shows, including the infamous Art Bell show on Coast to Coast.

Dinner:Your entrée will be your choice of halibut, pork chops or strip steak. Your dinner will include soup, salad, potato, a soft beverage, and dessert. The meal will be served before the speaker?s presentation. The cost is $13.00 for members and guests, payable at the meeting. Please RSVP by
January 15th to Mark Niedenthal at (217) 444-8495 or mjnieden@devro-teepak.com
