Welcome to the
new East TN Section Communities of Practice Page. Communities of
Practice is an online interaction tool designed with mechanical engineer's
needs in mind: links to helpful resources, industry news and, more
importantly, solutions and ideas from peers. It's much more than
discussion boards, because there are many tools integrated into this site
to help Communities of Practice members connect with each other. Access to
the Communities of Practice site is open to both members and non-members
of ASME.
I have started a forum for
the East Tennessee section in the ASME Communities of Practice. If
you are new to the COP website, click here to create a username.
Please review the terms and conditions before signing up. You will
need to know your name and your member ID number to register.
Once
you have created a username you must find the East Tennessee COP.
Click on Join a new COP and search for "ASME East Tennessee
Section".
I encourage all members to at least look at the COP website, and
participate if at all possible. It is the best and fastest
communication tool that we have.
