In January, Engineering for Change (E4C) launched with a new online platform at www.engineeringforchange.org – that truly has the potential to bring the transformative power of engineering to underserved communities around the world.
In just over two months, E4C has over 3,300 registered members and visitors from more than 150 countries.
E4C is being talked about in the global development community. Heather Fleming, an engineer, CEO and Co-Founder of Catapult Design, posted the following in the Next Billion, an influential blog in the global development space:
"Call it a catalog, database, research or collaboration tool – with the accessibility of the Internet worldwide, E4C is what the engineering design and development community has needed for decades."
Visit www.engineeringforchange.org to register and create your profile. There is no cost. You can also find the E4C community on Facebook and Twitter, and check out photos and videos on Flickr and YouTube.
