ASME Committee on Ethical Standards & Review - Volunteer Opportunity

The ASME Committee on Ethical Standards and Review is accepting nominations to fill two upcoming vacancies. This is an excellent opportunity for you to recognize ASME members who meet the requirements for these positions: minimum of ten years dedicated service to ASME, with at least five years experience in ASME activities beyond the local section; a commitment to upholding ethics in engineering practice; and licensed as a Professional Engineer. The term for these positions begins in July 2008 and continues through the end of June 2012.

Plant Manager - Blue Springs, MO
A fast growing, profitable $2m manufacturing operation that deals in steel, cast iron and thermoplastic custom parts is searching for a Plant Manager. Five to ten years experience in engineering, operations and/or management required. Experience with Quality Control, Purchasing, and Inventory standards preferred.
