Professional Engineering Exam The Pittsburgh Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE) is offering Review Courses for those in pursuit of the successful completion of the FE (EIT) and PE exams. The FE is general format. The PE has two specific courses: mechanical and civil structural. The courses begin Monday August 30, 1999.
