Pennsylvania Natural Gas Summit:
Challenges and Opportunities

The Pennsylvania Natural Gas Summit will address drilling technology and community and economic development challenges and opportunities associated with increased revenue, labor migration, transportation, retail pressures, and employment and income impacts of Marcellus Shale exploration in communities. These timely discussions can also help communities improve local decision making, empower them to guide their own decisions, and improve the social and economic well-being of their citizens.

Who Should Attend: Legislators, attorneys, legal authorities, county and municipal elected officials, planning officials, and members of county or community task forces, chambers of commerce, and community groups

Outcomes: Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and identify all natural gas exploration issues and impacts in their respective communities and region.
