Thursday JANUARY 19, 2006 The Conversion of Waste to Energy. Jon Peacy, P.E., is the founder of JPC
Consultants. Mr. Peacy has extensive involvement in the selection and design of
municipal solid waste to energy plants. He has been involved for several years
with the State of Illinois air pollution control programs, solid waste disposal
and noise control. He has assisted in developing and enforcing environmental
rules and regulations. Mr. Peacy was responsible at UOP for hazardous wastes and
toxic wastes control programs. He participated in the design of waste transfer
stations and is involved in several landfill operations. The meeting will be held in connection with
the ASME Northwestern University Student Section at:
