A Plant Tour at Modern Welding of Georgia, Jointly Sponsored With ASM & SWE -

(Note: Prep Phillips Dr. is off of Reynolds Street in Augusta, GA near Riverfront Marina.

Description: Modern Welding of Georgia, located in Augusta, GA fabricates pressure vessels

for commercial and industrial use in accordance with ASME, Section VIII requirements.

The Modern Welding operation serves various industries, including the chemical

processing industry. This event will begin at 9:00 am with a short presentation by

Steve Fort, President of Modern Welding of Georgia. Following this, the attendees will

be given a tour of the Modern Welding facility and their operations. The tour is limited to

a maximum of 30 people.
