Dear Members:



As we communicated before, plans for elections/dinner/seminar

meeting is set for April 19, 2000 at Bonanza in Delmar, DE. at

7:00-9:00 P.M. Dr. Nachaudhuri's Mechanical Engineering students

shall be presenting their NASA BLIMP project. Approximate timing for 

the event is as following:



7:00-7:30   Dinner (everyone pays for their dinner)



7:30-8:00   Presentation on BLIMP project



8:00-9:00   Elections and Executive Committee Meeting.



If there are any nominations for the open positions please send them 

to me. Open positions and nominations are:

Treasurer  : Ray Jackson

Secretary  : Andrew Groves



We do not have any one nominated for other important Committee 

positions.
