Dear Members:



Several of you indicated interest for meeting times of the executive 

committee. So far we did not have any meetings in 1999. 



We are planning to meet next Monday, May 10, 1999, at 5:30 pm at

University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Meeting place is Arts and

Technologies Center room #120 (Conference Room). When you get to the

campus after rail road crossing, take a right turn. Drive to the end

of the street. Two storey building at your left is Arts and 

Technologies center. If possible, park behind the building. 

Please, go upstairs to find room 120. 



At this time I am in the process of finding out the status of

current officers. As it stands today, May 10 meeting will not be an 

elections meeting. However, if you would like to nominate yourself or 

any of the ASME members(with their approval) for the possible 

openings, please do so. From previous communications, I see that the 

following positions may be open:
