Prior issues of the newsletter  may be downloaded from the ASME server. Files are available in both Microsoft Word (.doc) format and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.  For the Word format you should have a recent version of Microsoft® Word and for the Acrobat format you must have a copy of Acrobat Reader.
