It’s that time again—time to kickoff another program year for the ASME Holston Section. Please accept this invitation for you and your family to attend this event. The section will pick up the tab for members and their family!

When: Thursday, September 25, 2008
Where: Eastman Bays Mountain Recreation Area, Shelter #17
Time: 6:00 – 9:00 pm
Food: BBQ Pork & Chicken, BBQ Beans, Cole Slaw, Dessert, and Tea/Soda
Price: Free to ASME Members and their family!!! Cost for non-members is
$5.00/each with children under 12 free.

Activities: Volleyball, Horseshoes, and Basketball are available. The playground is available for children.

Directions: From I-26W: Take Exit 3 (at Meadowview Conference Center).  Turn left at the red light onto Reservoir Road and continue driving approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto Bays Mountain Park Road.  Take the right fork and continue driving to Eastman’s Bays Mountain Recreation Area, Shelter #17
