Refund Policy

ASME – NNM Section Class Refund Policy

ASME – NNM Section will provide a complete refund minus Acteva fees if cancellation occurs up to 15 business days prior to the start of the course.  Cancellations made less than 15 business days prior to the start of a course are subject to a $200 administrative fee plus Acteva fees. On or after the first day of a course, cancellation is subject to the full course fee. 
Course cancellations must be received in writing via email to nnm-asme at cybermesa dot com  ONLY. 

Other options if you cannot attend the course:

1. You may send someone else from your group or company. Note: if you paid ASME Member pricing you must send an ASME Member in your place or pay the difference in course fees. There is no partial refund if you paid non-ASME pricing and send an ASME Member in your place.
2. You may postpone taking the course until ASME – NNM Section offers the same course again. You may only postpone the course one time. If you cannot attend the postponed course, you are subject to the full course fee.
