A b o u t U s
The Ontario Section of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers is part of District B. It draws its membership form the entire Canadian province of Ontario.
We strive to provide technical knowledge to our members through seminars, plant tours and other such activities. Each month we hold an executive meeting such events and to take care of the business side of things. We always welcome new faces.
We also encourage the creation of sub-sections in the Ontario Section to better server our member community. The executive committee is based in Toronto, Ontario and the events tend to also be based in Toronto. Should you be interested in starting a sub-section or finding out more about sub-sections, please let us know. We would be happy to assist you.
