Program Information Form

This form is solely for the ASME Pittsburgh program coordinator of the next monthly meeting.

Please have your information ready by the first week of the preceding month, i.e. first week of Aug. for Sep. issue, to guarantee that the newsletter be completed and delivered in a timely manner.

You can use the form below or use the blank form (MS Word) and send to the Newsletter Editor and Rich Horne (website).

Fields in bold are minimum information needed for the newsletter. Though helpful, it is not necessary to have all the details for us to print the newsletter. Some default information has been entered; modify as necessary.
