Niagara Falls Hydroelectric Power Station Tour
The tour will begin with a presentation about the technical details of the site and a tour the power vista. This will take about 1-1/2 hours. After the tour, members and their families can stay around and enjoy the energy center and the interactive exhibits. The center has just undergone a $2,300,000 renovation. The staff of the New York Power Authority (NYPA) promised that "children" of all ages will enjoy the exhibits. The exhibits are designed to teach the fundamentals of power generation, especially the hydro generated concepts.

Directions:
Take the New York State Thruway, I-90, to Exit 50. Go right, north, on I290. Take I-190 North across Grand Island to Exit 25A (Lewiston). Turn left onto route 265 (Military Road), then another left onto Route 104 West. Turn left at the blinking yellow light (just after the pedestrian overpass); The Power Vista entrance is on the left.
