Agenda:

5:00 to 5:30 PM- Arrive (park in lot in front of building or across the street next to the fire house), sign-in, check for safety glasses and proper footwear (no open-toes shoes, sandals, etc.), get badge and/or name tag. Gather in the Auditorium.
5:30 to 5:40 PM- Introductions and hand out literature
5:40 to 5:50 PM- Short history of The Gleason Works (celebrating 140 years in 2005)
5:50 to 6:10 PM- Brief description of our Lean Enterprise and plant consolidation
6:15 to 7:00 PM- Plant tours. Separate into groups of 10 to 15.
7:00 to 7:30 PM- Pizza and soda in the Cafeteria

The Gleason Works in located at 1000 University Avenue in Rochester New York.
