Kodak NDT Radiography

Applied to the amazing dinosaur fossil, Leonardo

Steve Mango of Eastman Kodak Company will talk about non-destructive testing (NDT) systems they produce and how they have helped research the most complete dinasour ever found.

Steve will describe his involvement with the analysis of Leonardo, the best-preserved dinosaur fossil ever discovered.  Kodak NDT imaging experts used computed radiography (CR), a non destructive testing (NDT) method, to provide amazing views of the inside of the 77 million year old, hermetically sealed hadrosaur from Montana.

This event will be on November 7, 2006 at Rochester Institute of Technology in the Xerox Auditorum.

Details will follow soon.

This event will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Xerox Auditorium at RIT. Here is a campus map.

RIT is located on the west end of Jefferson Road near the Genesee River. Here is map to help plan your trip.
