Ten years ago “green buildings” were virtually unheard of, but rising energy costs, resource consumption and environmental impacts have rapidly propelled this once fringe concept into the mainstream. As a demand for green buildings increases, companies offering LEED Accredited Professionals and sustainable practitioners who thoroughly understand how to design, construct and retrofit buildings to achieve maximum building sustainability goals are highly sought. This event – “Building the Triple Bottom Line” – is targeted at architects, engineers and building contractors to provide Rochester area developers and contractors with the tools they need to successfully participate in this fast-growing building market.
