Meeting Information: - Lafayette College, Marquis Hall, East Wing, Lafayette College Easton, PA 18042

The meeting will take place on the Lafayette College Campus in Easton, PA.  A campus map may be found at this link: Map

Support for Attendees:  ASME will reimburse those who are attending who do not have other funds to support their attendance.  Reimbursement includes travel costs ($0.485 per mile plus tolls & parking) and, for those who are staying overnight, up to a total amount of $100.00 to help with hotel, meal and registration costs. The form is in MS Excel format and is titled "Volunteer Travel Expense Form".

Conference Registration Fee - $35 per Person (This does not cover all costs)

The conference registration fee is $35 per person. This will cover breakfast, lunch, a morning and an afternoon break. Payment can be made by sending a check or via PayPal. A block of 20 rooms has been reserved for Friday night, October 12th at a group rate of $79.99 per night plus tax.  Attendees should make their own hotel reservations by calling the Comfort Inn directly at (610) 253-0546.  When making room reservation, attendees need to ask for the ASME group rate.  Reservations need to be made by Monday, September 24th in order to get the group rate.  After September 24th any rooms not reserved will be dropped from the block.  Check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 11 AM.
