This is important!  Interpersonal skill and communication are your career, and define your effectiveness. We each interact with many people in many ways each day. Few of us do this as well as we would like. This is your opportunity to learn and develop some skills that will allow you to improve interactions, for fun and profit!
OBJECTIVE:  The participant will be able to:
    1.  Describe five techniques for improving interpersonal skills
    2.  Prepare an action plan for improving interpersonal relationships
DESCRIPTION:  This module is designed to improve the interpersonal skills of the participant in dealing with other people. This is important in managing, motivating other people, and achieving goals. The skills learned in this module are transferable to job, professional, social, recreational, and religious organizations.

Cost: Free
Location: Presented at the Rochester Engineering Society conference room.  The entrance is all the way around the back at 1806 Lyell Avenue right next to Rochester Colonial Window and Door. Light snacks will be available.
