assist with an unusual heat exchanger design. The compnay is in
a fund raising stage, so at this time could compensate only with a stock
assignment. However, the compensation arrangement would change

Capital Partners, a private equity firm based
in Chicago, is in need of a consultant(s)
with expertise in tooling set-up associated with machining companies
for one of its portfolio company in San Diego. The company is
a manufacturer of highly engineered, close tolerance, and high
precision alloys whose products are used in a variety of end-markets,
including medical devices, power and aerospace. The consultant would
coordinate and direct process improvement to decrease set-up time and
improve manufacturing activities and would seek an optimum balance between
tooling set-up time, process cost, and product quality. The
consultant(s) should have a minimum of five years of developing and
implementing tooling set-up and processes in a precision production
machine shop environment, direct experience with precision CNC machining
processes multi-axis mills and lathes, and experience in engineering

contract-to-hire Quality Engineer for a company located
in Chula Vista. Candidate should have 2-3 years experience in an
industrial/manufacturing environment with pipe and metal
