1. 1. Treasurer’s Report - Treasurer not at meeting. This is the 3rd meeting in a row Ravi has missed. Angela to send Ravi an email requesting he email all treasurer’s reports for this fiscal year out to the board.
2. Secretary's Report - Approved.
3. Program Report
   1. 10/24 - Tour of Shriner's hospital (Jim Campbell) - Successful. About 15 people attended.
   2. 11/13 - Tour of Pepsi bottling plant (John Keplinger) - At risk because John's contact at Pepsi resigned. John to make phone calls tomorrow to try to salvage.
   3. 12/4 - Briem Engineering open house - Will go over proposed changes to by-laws at this event and get approval to submit to membership in newsletter.
   4. January - Tour of MSD Meramec (Sam Huff)
   5. February - Engineering Management (Angela Berring)
   6. March - Nanotechnology or Bone & Joint Institute
   7. April - TBD
   8. May - Gateway Grizzlies family event
4. Student Section Visits
   1. UMR - Tom Mull
   2. WU - John Keplinger
   3. SIUE - Jim Campbell is the correct name here
   4. SIUC - Alan Pilch is the correct name here
   5. SLU - Sridhar Condoor
   6. Combined event - Plan to do individual visits at schools to increase turnout.
   7. UMSL - Rolled into WU event
5. Safety Deposit Box.
   1. We will keep the safety deposit box at Southern Commercial Bank.
   2. John Saufnauer will renew the safety deposit box for one year at $20 (Ravi to reimburse).
6. Advertising Job Openings
   1. Covidien position has been posted and will stay up for 2 months on website
   2. Alan is working on html script to make this process quicker for future job openings that might be posted on the site
7. LTC Delegates
   1. Sam Huff interested in going & will check availability given work travel
   2. Ravi should attend
   3. Mary Hammond is potential attendee.
8. Newsletter
   1. Need to get it out ASAP
   2. John will call Duane on Friday 11/2 to report on status of November event for the newsletter
