- 1. Treasurer’s Report - Treasurer not at meeting. This is the 3rd meeting in a row Ravi has missed. Angela to send Ravi an email requesting he email all treasurer’s reports for this fiscal year out to the board.
- Secretary's Report - Approved.
- Program Report
- 10/24 - Tour of Shriner's hospital (Jim Campbell) - Successful. About 15 people attended.
- 11/13 - Tour of Pepsi bottling plant (John Keplinger) - At risk because John's contact at Pepsi resigned. John to make phone calls tomorrow to try to salvage.
- 12/4 - Briem Engineering open house - Will go over proposed changes to by-laws at this event and get approval to submit to membership in newsletter.
- January - Tour of MSD Meramec (Sam Huff)
- February - Engineering Management (Angela Berring)
- March - Nanotechnology or Bone & Joint Institute

- May - Gateway Grizzlies family event

- We will keep the safety deposit box at Southern Commercial Bank.

- Covidien position has been posted and will stay up for 2 months on website
- Alan is working on html script to make this process quicker for future job openings that might be posted on the site
