  1. Treasurer’s Report – Handout of current balance sheet. Approved.
    1. Ravi aksed who gets statement on CD interest. John Keplinger receives it – Ravi to follow up on this.
    2. Ravi is getting the bank statements.
  2. Secretary’s Report - Report not presented at meeting.
  3. Program Report
    1. 2/21 - Engineering Management @ Cusinelli’s @ 6pm. Menu will have 2-3 items and people will choose course when they RSVP. Make sure these details are in newsletter.
    2. Nanotech – Sam H looking into having the event at Burns & McDonnell headquarters. Another suggestion was a SLU classroom that has multimedia presentation capability.
    3. April – Duane provided info regarding tour of Dr. Pepper mixing plant to John. John needs to organize.
    4. May – Group tickets for Grizzlies game. Event captain needed.
  4. Student Section Visits
    1. UMR - Tom Mull has contacted them, more info will follow
    2. WU - John Keplinger has contacted section, looking to finalize a date in February
    3. SIUE - Jim Campbell is the correct name here
    4. SIUC - Alan Pilch is the correct name here
    5. SLU - Sridhar Condoor
    6. Combined event - Need to decide on if we are doing this.
  5. Nominating Committee - Alan is getting the electronic ballots.
  6. Alternative Meeting Locations - Still going to meet at Laclede St. Bar & Grill for now as there are no "major" traffic issues voiced yet.
  7. Leadership Training Conference
    1. Ravi and Sam are going, but have not yet made reservations.
    2. John and Mary have not decided if they are going yet.
  8. Newsletter - Needs to go out by Feb 7th to make Eng Management event timing.
  9. Round Table - None.
    1. Duane - What is status on joint meetings?
      1. None are planned yet
      2. If we do the insulation meeting, that could be a joint meeting with ASHRAE
      3. Idea is to keep an open channel with the other groups to see if we could do joint meetings in the case that we lose our monthly event (i.e. MSD/Pepsi).
      4. Perhaps post our events in other organizations' newsletters (IEEE, ASHRAE, AWWA)
