- 1/29 Tour of GE. 43 attendees at the event. 72 people had RSVPd – so 6 cancellations, 23 no-shows. Event was a success.
- 2/21 - Engineering Management @ Cusinelli’s cancelled with no charge. Replacement idea is tour of SLU research facility. Ravi is taking the lead on setting this one up. Timing is at risk to get newsletter out in time to keep event in February. Angela to follow-up with Ravi …we will make call by email based on Ravi’s flexibility to cancel/maintain event for February versus change to April. Duane will update newsletter appropriately.
- 3/11 Nanotech event – Mary Hammond is event captain for event. Could hold at Cusinelli’s since Feb event there was cancelled, but need to procure a projector for the presentation. SLU may have a spare projector. Angela will speak to Ravi regarding borrowing projector.
- April – John has contacted Dr Pepper and Coca-Cola bottling facility contacts known by Duane and Tom M. Confident that one of these events will be able to be pulled off in April. John will get clear go/no-go answers on tours happening in month of April before 2/19.

- Alternative Meeting Locations - Still going to meet at Laclede St. Bar & Grill for now as there are no "major" traffic issues voiced yet. Discussed Applebee’s location in Central West End.
- Leadership Training Conference
- Ravi and Sam are going for sure. Sam has made reservations for hotel and conference, assume Ravi has made reservations?
- Newsletter - Needs to go out by Feb 19th. Two things need to go into this newsletter.
- election results for nominating committee + by-law changes
- details on date/time/location and commitment for Feb event at SLU
- If event is cancelled, Duane will be sending out results earlier.
- Round Table - None.
- Discussion on revisions of statutes by Missouri Board for Engineers of what qualifies as PDH for professional engineers in Missouri. Rule numbers posted changed when Missouri executive departments were reshuffled and engineering licensure went under department of insurance. All agreed that section should point out that rules have changed in the newsletter and where to find the rules/interpretations, but not post the text.
